Made is a Helsinki-based production company focused on producing and co-producing feature films. CEO and producer Ilona Tolmunen has led the company since 2019. Made’s ambition is to make strong films that presents the filmmakers’ own voice and to reach audiences both in Finland and abroad. We love character-driven, bold, diverse stories and we are not afraid to explore the dark and toxic side of humanity.

Latest film A Light That Never Goes Out (dir. Lauri-Matti Parppei) was selected to Les Arcs and Göteborg Work in Progress and got its premiere in ACID Cannes 2025.

Co-production Kalak (2023, dir. Isabella Eklöf) won two prizes at the San Sebastian Film Festival and got 8 Robert Prisen nominations. Heartbeast (2022, dir. Aino Suni) won two Finnish Film Academy Awards (The Jussi Award). TV series  A Strange Summer (2022, dir. Lauri-Matti Parppei) was selected tO Series Mania competition.
